An old oc returns

The background is interesting, but why is the character himself of such lesser quality? In truth, it looks like you merely took a pair of stock photos, grafted them together, and slapped your whatever this may be between them, really. I'm curious as to the character's story, but the piece itself has thrown me for a loop. Some sections that could use improvement include the face, arms, and torso. Why does the character lack a mouth or nose? Is this an integral part of the character's story? Why does he have a lopsided crown? I'm only assuming it's a he, because you aren't leaving me with many context clues. The arms are lopsided, and the visible hand is undersized. Why is the lapel of his shirt made of four different shaped sections? One armpit is higher than the other, the same goes for the shoulders. Please explain, if you get around to it.
